Lipscomb Elementary is the oldest school in Williamson County, being instituted in 1866. We are a community school located in Brentwood, about 15 miles south of Nashville, Tennessee. Lipscomb’s faculty and staff are dedicated to the success of our students. We work hard daily to build character, intellect, a love for learning, and our teachers are committed to designing lessons to meet the needs of all students. We encourage discovery, learning, and working together to make Lipscomb the best school it can be.

Lipscomb’s staff, students, and parents are proud of our school, and share a vibrant school spirit in everything we do. We have a dedicated staff and an extremely supportive PTO. Our school houses Kindergarten through Fifth Grade and provides safe facilities along with an excellent learning environment. The current enrollment at Lipscomb is 595 students. Together we grow and learn to most effectively benefit our students. We also want students to know learning can be fun!
